Linda Dolloff
Linda Dolloff, a Maine woman, who is accused of attempting to kill her husband with a baseball bat, is now aksing the judge to overturn her conviction on charges.
It was claimed by her attorneys that the witnesses do not show that she tried to kill her husband with a softball bat and then shooting herself in the hip in April 2009 to make it look like a home invasion. Linda Dolloff was convicted in May.
Since this case has gained a huge popularity all over the US, a television channel has decided to make a program on this case. A story on Linda Dolloff attempted murder case, is planned to be broadcasted by the ABC News Show ‘20/20’.
Dollof, a 48 years old yoga instructor, got convicted in May of trying to murder her estranged husband, Jeffery Dolloff with a baseball bat then she shot herself in the hip to look like a home robbery case. She tried to do the things as planned and intelligently undertaken.
Though they were getting divorce and her husband was planning to bring another woman at their home, the woman said that she had no enmity with her husband. According to her at the night of attack, they both had drinks together in the hot tub and after that they had a super sex together before retiring to bed in separate rooms.
When asked her husband Jeffrey Dolloff, he said he did not remember anything. Linda Dolloff has not yet been sentenced.
